Actress and writer, who obtained her degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile’s Drama School.

In theater, she is co-founder of the group “La Pieza Oscura”, where she works as an actress, producer and playwright since 2005.

she has published the short-story-book El cielo (2000), the novels Mapocho (2002), Av. 10 de Julio Huamachuco (2007), both awarded with the “Premio Municipal de Literatura” and translated into German by the Austrian Septim Verlag; Fuenzalida (2012), which has been translated into French by Zinnia, a French publishing house, Space Invaders (2013), and the novel Chilean Electric. In 2011 she is selected as one of the 25 best well-kept secrets of Latin-American Literature during the “Feria del Libro de Guadalajara”.

El Taller, her first play, was selected as one of the best plays of the year 2012. Besides, it is awarded with the “Premio Altazor 2013” to the best playwriting and with the “Premio Nuez Martín” as the best play.

She combines her literary work and her theater activities with the role of a script-writer, where such outstanding TV series like and has also written scripts for documentary films, such as La ciudad de los fotógrafos, En defensa propia and Habeas Corpus, directed by Sebastián Moreno and Claudia Barril. In 2017 her novel The Twilight Zone won Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz Prize.
